You’re free to use either side for chopping. To prevent warping, simply hand wash with mild soap and warm water, towel dry immediately, and let it stand on its end to dry completely. Never allow a cutting board to lie flat while drying, as this can cause uneven drying and warp the wood. Also, avoid soaking it in water or placing it in the dishwasher. This board is finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax, ensuring a durable shine and longevity.
